Section outline

    • In the one of the previous modules you've learned how to use PCRaster for map algebra and raster analysis. In this module you'll be introduced to the PCRaster Dynamic Modelling Framework.

After this module you'll be able to:

      1. explain the PCRaster Dynamic Modelling concepts and data formats
      2. use the PCRaster Dynamic Modelling Framework in Python
      3. develop dynamic models for water and environment
Watch this video that introduces this module:

    • To run the Jupyter Notebook of this tutorial make sure you have followed the instructions for installing Anaconda and downloading the tutorials as explained in the previous tutorial. We assume that you're in the Miniconda prompt and that you're in the tutorials environment.

      1. Go to the subdirectory \PCRasterTutorials\PCRasterRunoffModel
      2. Run the command
        jupyter lab
      3. In the internet browser click on  Contents.ipynb and follow the tutorial.
