Exercise 5.3: Calculate Zonal Statistics with Images

Now we have calculated the land cover in the study area, we can calculate zonal statistics of other variables.

In Module 4 you've learned how to calculate NDVI from Sentinel 2. In this exercise we're going to calculate the average NDVI per land cover class.

Your task after this exercise

Calculate the average MNDWI per land cover class to see if the water class has the highest value.
