1. Introduction

Precision Agriculture (PA) systems make it possible to spatially vary water, fertilizers and pesticide application depths across a field to address specific soil, crop, and/or other conditions. To implement PA technique at farm scale, you need to learn how to delineate the farm into management zones using in-field level sensors or satellite data (open access).

In this tutorial, we're going to create a QGIS project with open data resources that are useful for precision agriculture.
