In this chapter we're going to calculate areas and densities.
This requires the following steps that will be elaborated in the next sections:
A. Calculate the areas of the neighbourhood polygons
B. Add the neighbourhood names and areas to the buildings
C. Dissolve the buildings that are from the same neighbourhoods
D. Calculate the areas of the dissolved building polygons
E. Divide the area of dissolved building polygons by the area of the neighbourhoods
